Voxtral TTS (“we,” “us”) provides an AI text-to-speech service at voxtraltts.net. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and what control you have. We process data only as needed to deliver the service and never sell personal information.

Scope

This policy applies to all users of voxtraltts.net, whether you browse anonymously or sign in with a Google account. It covers text you enter, audio you upload, speech we generate, and technical data collected during your visit.

Account Data

If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile photo. We do not store your Google password or access your Google contacts.

Content You Provide

  • Text inputs submitted for speech generation
  • Voice reference audio uploaded for voice cloning

  • Pages visited, features used, error logs

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your inputs are never used to train or fine-tune AI models.

Voice & Biometric Data

Important: Voice cloning analyzes acoustic properties of uploaded audio (pitch, timbre, rhythm, accent). Some jurisdictions classify this as biometric data.

  • Voice reference audio is processed transiently — used only for the immediate generation request
  • No voice profile or biometric template is stored after processing
  • Uploaded voice files are deleted within 1 hour
  • We do not share voice data with third parties for identification purposes
  • For organizations subject to BIPA (Illinois) or similar laws: no biometric data is collected, stored, or disclosed beyond transient processing
